Empowering Ideological and Political Education with Multimodal AI Generation and Lightweight Deployment

Abstract

Aiming at the problems of single form, high technical threshold, cost and security in ideological and political education content, this research integrates multimodal AI generation and lightweight deployment technologies to build an efficient and low-cost digital teaching empowerment framework. Through tools such as Stable Diffusion, the generation of graphics, text, audio and video is realized. LoRA fine-tuning is used to reduce the training cost, and a four-dimensional evaluation model (political nature, artistry, technicality, dissemination) is established to ensure content adaptability. Finally, an AI toolkit and a case template library that can be locally deployed are formed, providing lightweight solutions for military academies, military research institutions and small and medium-sized educational institutions, and promoting the transformation of ideological and political education to an immersive teaching mode of "forming with shape".
